Damn You, Wikipedia!

So, the news is out in the SEO community that Wikipedia is again using the NOFOLLOW tag on outbound links. The reason for this is to deny passing any Google Juice, which is to cut down on the amount of spam I'm sure Wikipedia has to deal with on a regular basis.

It's a shame for legit sites that have been included organically. Even Cheezhead, my main blog, was included. Now, sadly, it doesn't mean much to search engines (except Yahoo!, maybe?).

I'm with Andy Beal calling for an offensive on Wikipedia for this move by adding your own NOFOLLOW tag when linking to Wikipedia. Tit for tat.
